Metro Property: Small but Perfectly Formed

Alison Tyler takes a look at Inspired Homes, an “affordable first time buy that won’t cramp your style”.

There’s no doubt that Croydon is London’s hottest up-and-coming commuter neighbourhood, with it’s vibrant art scene and awesome restaurants, which is why it’s the perfect place to develop and offer affordable, yet cool, flats for young Londoners.

In order to offer first time buyers their own homes, we do more with less, by optimizing space to craft sleek and luxurious flats in smaller areas. That means more affordable flats, with all the amenities, touches, and functionality of much more expensive ones. We use every inch to its full potential by eliminating hallways, so our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are open plan, with huge windows that let in great light.   Our Marketing Director Sarah Braddon says “It means we can create really useful spaces with no awkwardly designed apartments or wasted space.”

But that’s not all we do. Tyler points out our “social spaces” as a revolutionary addition to London living. Our residents can enjoy access to two roof gardens that Tyler says “look more like Shoreditch House than an apartment block in Croydon”. There will also be a sky lounge with bar and outdoor kitchen, as well as an indoor residents’ lounge with pool table, and don’t forget the yoga studio.

Tyler also points out our concierge service, “so that you’ll never need to stay in to sign for an Amazon delivery again, while bike storage completes the city-centre lifestyle”.

Thank you Metro Property for the shout out, and chance to share our flats with London!
