On Thursday 5th November, join Canary Wharf pin to delve into the knowledge of several experienced developers to learn about how to flip properties for a profit. This live panel session allows the audience to ask as many questions as possible, and our CEO Martin Skinner will be on the panel.
Property is a business and as with all businesses, when selling property your product has to attract buyers. It has to stand out vs. the competition and it has to meet your customers’ needs.
It doesn’t matter whether you are refurbishing, building, selling part of your portfolio or simply trading, when it comes to selling you’re in the open market, in competition with everyone else, and this is where you need to stand out.
