Chertsey has low crime rates and feels like a safe place. This makes it very popular for families. Children can grow up in an active, safe environment with plenty of entertainment just a short drive away. The popular Thorpe Park theme park is on the outskirts of the town and the well known Brooklands Museum will delight car enthusiasts of all ages. Is Chertsey a good place to live? Absolutely, especially if you enjoy roller coasters and classic cars!

Another appeal of Chertsey is its closeness to transport links. London is easily accessible via road and train. Heathrow airport is close by. You can quickly jump on the M3 if you want to head South or South West towards the coast.
