First time buyers flock to Crawley

Earlier this year, we completed the acquisition of 15-29 The Broadway in Crawley, taking our portfolio of London-owned properties for conversion to eight.

We are now incredibly excited to let you in on all of the details regarding the property development since Crawley has become such a hit with young working Londoners thanks to its superb position.

The Broadway sits in a central location in the West Sussex town of Crawley. With London less than 30 minutes away, and the stunning coastal town of Brighton just a 25-minute drive, it’s no surprise that the area is proving a great option for a new home. Crawley not only offers exceptional heritage, but also brilliant leisure and shopping facilities, as well as many open green spaces. It is also just 20 minutes from Gatwick airport, making international travel incredibly convenient.

We acquired the vacant building for £2.8 million and will redevelop it over the next 18 months into a 5-storey, 60,000 sq ft residential building housing 78 studio, one bed and two-bed apartments suitable for single tenants, couples, small families and the elderly.
