Inspired Homes’ Innova micro-apartment in Croydon has won BRONZE for Best Interior Design at the WhatHouse? Awards 2018. The result was announced on Friday at the Gala Presentation Luncheon at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House hotel on Park Lane. Judged by an independent panel of property experts, the Best Interior Design category recognises both interior design and interior architecture – the quality of the internal layouts, as well as furnishing and specifying trends and interpretations; how has the space been utilised; and how the potential of the finished product been showcased to the consumer.
Highly Commended for "Best Starter Home" in the 2017 Evening Standard New Homes Awards, Nine Sutton Court Road recycles a redundant 1960s-office building creating 73 micro-apartments and nine exclusive penthouses presented within a stunning new residential façade. The apartments are designed for modern living with high-spec, high tech features including NEST Smart thermostats, 1GB Hyperoptic broadband, engineered hardwood floors, Bosch appliances, granite worktops and Villeroy & Boch bathrooms, while natural light and the feeling of space is enhanced through hallway-free design and floor-to-ceiling French doors that open onto private balconies.
Inspired Homes have won a Bronze WhatHouse? Award for the Best Regeneration Scheme 2016
Inspired Homes Development Green Dragon House has won an Awards for the "Most Innovative Redevelopment of an Existing Property" at the First Time Buyer Readers Awards for the second year running.
Huge thanks to all that voted for us, we are extremely proud and couldn't have done this without your help!
Sutton Court was highly commended for most innovative redevelopment of an existing property at the 2017 First Time Buyer Magazine Readers’ Awards.
Sutton Court transforms a former 1960s office building into a stunning new residential development comprising 82 one and two bedroom apartments. The building has been stripped back to the shell and core with an all new facade and two additional floors. Much of the scheme consists of intelligently designed micro-apartments, where every square inch of space has been maximised to deliver homes that are within reach of first-time buyers.
