Martin Skinner

Founder & CEO


A seasoned entrepreneur and property developer, Martin set up, grew and sold his first technology business directly after leaving university with a Business Computing degree.
Martin is combining his experience in London residential property, finance and technology to build Inspired Asset Management. With a portfolio approaching £250m GDV, Inspired has established a number of substantial Joint Ventures through which it is rolling out its unique high-tech, high-spec, and affordable Inspired Homes across the UK.

Magdalena Skinner

Chief Operating Officer


As a founding partner of Inspired Holdings, Magdalena has played a vital role in the rapid growth of the Inspired businesses.
Following a spell learning the trade in a property acquisitions team, Magdalena progressed to run her own successful lettings and management agency, building up a portfolio spanning both London and Poland. Her very hands-on approach and deep knowledge of the business ensured a solid foundation when it came to forming Inspired Holdings. This experience has provided Magdalena with a vast source of knowledge on which she draws to provide insightful input at every stage of the investment and development process.
Magdalena studied in Germany and the US before earning a Masters' degree, specialising in Economics & Finance from the Pozna? University of Economics.

Martin Nathan

Finance Director


Martin has been our Head of Finance since June 2015. His previous experience included roles as Financial Controller at PSL Group and Nice Group, a property development company.
His experience includes a broad range of financial and commercial responsibilities including change management, system implementation and internal controls. Martin is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a BSc degree in Mathematics.

Neil Taylor

Sales Director


Neil joined Inspired after working with Countrywide Land and New Homes across their South East Region.
Neil’s experience in the field of New Homes with a wide range of developer clients including Bryant, Taylor Wimpey, Galliard, Berkeley and Crest, gives him unparalleled knowledge of varied sales and marketing strategies for a range of developments and markets.
Neil also ran his own property consultancy for 4 years working for retained clients on land acquisition, sales and marketing management and development appraisal.

Peter Ball

Investment Director


Peter has over 35 years experience in the commercial property sector specialising in investment and fund management. Previous roles include Head of Property at Sun Life of Canada and SLC Asset Management and Director of Property Fund Management at Credit Suisse Asset Management. In 2003 he formed his own property company and backed by GE Capital delivered a successful investment campaign focused on London. He then lead the creation of a new property investment team for PFI outsourcing specialist Mapeley. As CIO Peter played a pivotal role in the flotation of Mapeley Estates on the UK Stock exchange in 2005 and capital raises. He was responsible for the deployment of over £1.2 billion of capital in the UK commercial real estate sector before taking on a Consultancy role in 2013. Peter has advised a number of Institutions and is currently using his expertise in acquisition, asset management, and development in diverse sections of the real estate market to advise Inspired.

Jeremy Beck

Development Director


Jeremy’s experience in planning, designing and managing of construction and major infrastructure projects spans more than 30 years. It reaches from the UK, Indonesia and Hong Kong to Brunei and Africa - from hotels and residential schemes to airfields, highways and bridges.
Jeremy brings to Inspired the experience and knowledge gained as Managing Director of JAMM Construction Consultancy Ltd, Associate Director of Carillion plc, an Executive Director of Clarke Bond Group and Non-Executive Director for Parmarbrook Ltd amongst other notable positions.
Expertise in management, business development, civil engineering and technical delivery of projects make him a key part of the Inspired management team.

Adam Tokarski

Adam Tokarski

Construction Director


Adam is a Civil Engineer with 15 years’ experience in Design & Build projects, largely across the East Coast of the USA. He has worked for some of the largest construction companies in the world such as Turner Construction, PC Construction and Torcon, on a variety of both private and public projects across various market sectors.
Adam’s macro experience has developed unique analytical and planning skills; he defines value from the customer’s perspective and fully understands the logistics required to deliver all Inspired developments in a timely manner and to the highest quality. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Neil Kerridge

Head of Project Management


Neil has more than 30 years engineering and management experience in the construction industry, working in both consulting and contracting environments on projects around the UK and in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. A Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer, he has worked across a wide range of project types and sectors, from residential and commercial developments to transportation, environmental, geotechnical, maritime and industrial commissions. Now specialising in Project and Design Management, he brings to Inspired this technical background allied to commercial experience, having fulfilled the role of Contract Administrator / Engineer on many projects. Primarily tasked with managing Inspired’s Impact House scheme, he will also input across the company’s development activities

Oliver Baldwin

Oliver Baldwin

Head of Acquisitions


Oliver heads up the Acquisitions and Analysis team managing deal introductions and appraisals through to purchase completion. Working for Inspired for almost 4 years he has strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the largest deal analysed to date being a landmark, multiphase development with GDV over £600m. He has contributed to each of Inspired’s current development portfolio and continues to provide new deals for the pipeline through a strong agent network of agents.
Oliver graduated with a 2:1 in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Cass Business School.

Stuart Ross

Investment Advisor


Stuart's passion is connecting investors to the right deal in today's highly profitable real estate environment. His extensive experience in property investment dates back to 1993, while he simultaneously pursued a career with computer network design for investment banks. This long track record has allowed Stuart to develop a vast network of motivated, experienced, and results-driven property experts and investors.
At Inspired, Stuart is involved in managing deals all the way from inception to investor packs. He also hosts a monthly property meeting in Croydon where guest speakers discuss the latest property investment strategies.

Alexei Ghavami

Marketing Manager


Alexei has a wealth of experience in PR and marketing, specifically within the property sector where he has worked with commercial developers, housebuilders, architects, planners, contractors and property lawyers.
Prior to operating as an independent consultant, Alexei worked in business development for Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate department as well as at several leading PR agencies in London, including TTA Group (now Good Relations Property), a Chime Communications plc company. He holds a BA in Politics and a RICS accredited MSc in Property Development and Planning.

Irfan Ahmad

Finance Manager


Irfan is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK. He started his career as an audit trainee with BDO and worked in practice for over seven years gaining extensive audit and financial reporting experience. His first role in the Property sector was that of a Financial Accountant with Galliard Homes where he gained valuable insight and experience in property development.
Before joining Inspired Group he was working as a Senior Fund Accountant in the Financial Services sector for Augentius UK. His role comprised of providing financial reporting services to a portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity Funds and managing a team of accountants.
As Finance Manager he is responsible for the management and operations of the finance function and providing support for various developments across London.

Alexander Shaw

Investment Manager


Alex has well-rounded property investment experience, grounded in investment banking where he worked with Citi & Collins Stewart in both real estate fund raising and equity capital market roles. He then moved onto running and growing a London-based residential property company focusing on medium-sized first-time buyer projects (both new build and conversion projects) in gentrifying areas of the capital.
Alex’s primary responsibility lies in large-scale capital raising, project finance and corporate finance initiatives, all vital for the continued growth of Inspired’s development portfolio. He maintains a strong direct involvement in property by growing and managing a private portfolio of residential properties across the UK.

Simon Hohenberg

Acquisitions Manager


Simon is an experienced Acquisitions Manager with a strong track record. He has been successful in introducing and completing on deals valued in excess of £100m during his career and has a far reaching network of agents and industry contacts. Simon has acquired a number of high profile sites across London and the South East on both an open market and off market basis, each providing between 100-1000 residential units.
Prior to joining Inspired, he worked for both National housebuilders and regional developers, including Redrow Homes, Barratt Homes and IDM Properties. He gained first class honours in his BSc Hons Planning & Development degree at Nottingham Trent University.

Tom French

Development Manager


Tom graduated in 2009 with a Building Surveying degree from Nottingham Trent University. He started his career with 8 years of experience gained at EC Harris LLP, part of Arcadis – the world’s leading Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets. He moved from surveying roles into Project Management and has spent the last 7 years developing a broad experience covering hotels and all aspects of the residential sector on both the client and consultant side.
This experience is of great benefit to Inspired’s Development Management team, where Tom is responsible for the efficient delivery of projects from inception through to completion both in and outside of the London region.

Andy Golding

Andy Golding

Head of Capital Raising Marketing


Andy’s career began in database marketing campaigns for global household brands. Since 2008 his focus has been on real estate and, in particular, real estate investment, developing and managing marketing operations for a number of boutique investment houses. Recently Andy has expanded his experience through fundraising initiatives for large commercial developments such as Asian Business Port (London Docklands) and a number of Far Eastern-backed residential developments in London Docklands and Nine Elms.
Andy works with the capital raising teams at Inspired and has been instrumental in growing the company’s user base. Keen on creating dialogue, he has introduced new marketing channels to the company which have grown steadily and extremely profitably since his arrival in 2016.

Harinder Malhi

Customer Care Manager


Business with Property graduate Harinder was thrown in in at the deep end with her career, being given responsibility for over 200 properties at Notting Hill Housing Association in the middle of a major rebrand. Taking charge of new build developments, Harinder forged strong relationships with key national developers such as Berkeley Homes, and created handover and completion processes which she has subsequently brought over to Inspired.
Harinder bridges the gap between pre-completion and handover of Inspired properties ensuring they are finished and presented to the highest standards for purchasers, and then liaising with customers on any after sales issues.

Julia Fuchs

Accounts


Julia Fuchs joined Inspired Asset Management in August 2014 and works in the department Accounting & Finance. She is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of accounting and all financial activities.
She graduated in Business Administration (B.Sc.) from the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany). After her study she gained her first work experience in the field of finance in Vancouver (Canada).

Raj Mema

Sales Manager


Raj comes from a property sales background, previously working for Countrywide, with extensive experience working alongside both developers and buyers. His strong entrepreneurial background enabled him to successfully set up sale centres from North America to Singapore. With experience in both property and construction, Raj has developed strong project management skills. A passion for photography and cinematography allows him to market his ideas and sales in a unique, creative way. Raj is now working within the Sales Department striving to give great customer service to all Inspired buyers and investors.

Florien Rijkens

Sales Co-ordinator & Progression


Flo Joined inspired Asset Management in May 2016. She is a strong professional with a bachelor’s degree focused in Law from the University of Westminster. An experienced Sales Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and financial services sectors, Flo is skilled in case management, customer service, time management and teamwork.
She previously worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a lettings specialist focusing on the HMO market.

James Ball

Development Manager


James joined Inspired Asset Management as a graduate surveyor armed with a 2.1 in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. As the third generation of his family to go into the profession, the industry is in his blood.
He brings a wealth of previous industry experience including internships with the National Investment team at Jones Lang Lasalle, the Acquisitions & Disposals team at Mapeley, the Real Estate department at Linklaters, and even a brief spell at Acuitus - a leading commercial auctioneer.
James currently assists in the the day to day management and analysis of acquisitions, working closely with our retained agents. He also makes a valuable contribution to a range of other daily appraisal and investor relationships tasks across the business.

Oliver Boag

Acquisitions


Oliver’s focus is Inspired’s Acquisition and Development. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management in 2011, Oliver joined Inspired Asset Management as an intern assisting with daily acquisition work. He then secured a job at ARGUS software, providing property investment and development modelling training and appraisal support to property service providers and owners. After two and half years at ARGUS, Oliver re-joined Inspired Asset Management and its Acquisition and Development team.

Gili Cohen

Investment Analyst


Gili was brought on to the Inspired Asset team in 2015. He studied Accounting and Finance in Manchester and is on course to complete his ACCA certification.
Gili started his career at Yellow Brick Capital Advisers where he focused on reporting and analysis. His responsibilities included financial and real estate modelling & reporting, preparing internal due diligence reports, investor presentations and periodic reporting on investments.
Gili now works within the Inspired finance team where he assists in the acquisitions and researching of investments and the creation of presentations aimed at UHNWI.

Sandy Kenny

Marketing Executive


Sandy came to Inspired after studying Economics, Politics and International Relations at Oxford Brookes University. Having started his career doing Marketing at Four Communications where his main responsibilities included media and marketing for London developers such as Berkeley Group, Knight Frank and other large property developers in London. Sandy now works with the Inspired marketing team with responsibilities ranging from day to day operations to strategic planning, product development and implementation of consumer and investor related communications.

Ben Ivory

Investment Analyst


Ben began his property career with an internship at Barratt Homes where he acquired valuable insight into all areas of the development process from site assessment to new build sales. Ben then went on to work at Christie & Co as a commercial negotiator within the Retail & Healthcare sectors gaining experience in property acquisition, research, marketing and sales.
Ben furthered his studies with an MA in Commercial Property at the University of Sheffield. With experience in both residential and commercial property across a variety of sectors and markets, Ben is a great addition to our Acquisitions Team where he is analysing acquisition opportunities and liaising with the various professional teams to assist in the development process.

Toby d'Ambrumenil

Assistant Development Manager


Toby has been with Inspired since 2015, building on valuable experience working within proptech in the student housing sector and the burgeoning HMO market in the southwest of England. Now, as an Assistant Development Manager at Inspired, Toby works across all active sites facilitating the smooth progress of our projects, with a particular focus on rectifying any defects that may come into the development process.

Bina Patel

Sales Co-ordinator & Progression Executive


After graduating with a degree in Economics from Coventry University, Bina joined Lloyds Banking Group in customer-facing roles within the mortgage sector. Her inside-out understanding of the Buy-to-Let mortgage sector is now put to superb use for Inspired’s sales team where she liaises with all parties involved in the purchase process to ensure a smooth transaction for first-time buyers and property investors alike.

Justyna Narkiewicz

Office Administrator


Justyna joined Inspired in early 2017 as the office administrator, helping all company divisions with the full range of administrative and accounting support services, in particular HR and payroll, stock and budgetary control. Her 4 years of experience have been gained from large national operators such as Selco and an intimate family business in her home country of Poland, where she graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury with a Sociology degree and a level 2 ILM in team leadership.

Isaac Mah

Investment Analyst


Isaac’s degree from the European Business School (London) in Finance and Spanish adds to his ability to speak four languages, which he puts to use working in the investment team. He plays a key role in structuring debt and equity strategies for development acquisitions by the company, as well as liaising with private investors looking to maximise their property investment returns.
Prior to Inspired Isaac spent several years working for Swiss-based VIP Asset Management across a portfolio of 300+ London apartments.

Adelina Ion

Personal Assistant


Adelina joined Inspired Asset Management in early 2017 to provide critical support to the CEO, COO and the board of Directors. Since graduating from Birkbeck, University of London, Adelina has worked exclusively in property investment and asset management and is now the cog that keeps the entire team ticking!

Harry Wright

Acquisitions


Harry registered his interest in property from a young age, gaining invaluable experience in firms such as Savills, BNP Paribas and Sladen Capital Partners. Having recently graduated from Oxford Brookes with a BA Hons in Geography and Business Management, he offers a variety of skills which allow him to view new locations and potential sites from a different point of view, making him a valuable member of the acquisitions team. He is keen to further his learning and is exploring options for undertaking an MA in Property Finance alongside gaining further experience in the workplace.
